Picture of the OLS-330 Series

High efficient SMD-LEDs with doubled light intensity using high efficient thin film dices. Based on OSA packages Series OLS-330, an 1206 SMD with lens, and Series OCL-400, a white ceramic package, will doubled the external quantum efficiency and thus brightness. All devices are ROHS conform and lead free solderable.

All light intensity data has been measured at 20mA.

 

Based on the improved thermal resistance of 60k/W (OLS-330 150K/W), the OCL-400 line can be used at increased currents (30mA at green and blue, 50mA in the case of yellow and red).
The degradation analysis showed an excellent long time stability of the devices. The devices can be recommended for high demanding exterior displays, back lights and illuminations. In battery powered systems they are the solution of choice due to forward currents about 100µA to achieve clear readable interior displays.
The LEDs can be measured under custom specific conditions.
