12. January 2009: New Surface Solder Pads For Series OLS-13x
To get more uniform and more reliable technological processes OSA Opto Light will introduce galvanic plated Au surfaces for the device families OLS-130 and OLS-136, replacing the recent used chemical Au plating for all metal surfaces of the devices. The galvanic Au is used for all other SMD devices from OSA Opto Light.
